Carol Morris is the Vice President and one of the Principal owners of Morris Weber, a firm she co-founded with JoAnn Weber. In this capacity, she develops effective marketing and promotional strategies for the firm’s client base.
Carol possesses over twenty-five years of marketing communications experience, having held management positions at Exxon Corporation, Exxon Enterprises, and Deloitte Touche. Additionally, she has been published in a number of B2B journals including Chain Store Age, Drug Store News, Journal of Financial Economics and Entrepreneur Magazine. She holds a B.A. in English from St. Peter’s College, a graduate degree in Journalism from NYU, and Photo and Graphic Design Certification from the New School for Social Research. Carol has successfully developed marketing and Public Relations campaigns for Fortune 1000 companies and is a skilled speechwriter. She has also written, staged and directed shows and skits for numerous large-scale client sales meetings and training videos. Most recently, Carol has worked on campaigns for RUCDR, Infinite Biologics (Rutgers University), Lehman College – CUNY, Le Cordon Bleu, and the Educational Division of Casio Calculators. She is active in the WBENC, the Community Food Bank of NJ, and is an active member in Literacy Volunteers of NJ.
