Morris Weber Advertising, a Certified Woman Owned agency, was founded over twenty-five years ago by JoAnn Weber and Carol Morris. Prior to this, both Carol and JoAnn worked in the marketing communications departments of major international corporations where each had developed and executed marketing plans for their respective companies. When they decided to open up their own shop, they took with them the knowledge and experience that they gained from working on the other side of the desk and incorporated this into Morris Weber’s Mission Statement.
