Casio USA – Event Development, Trade Show Design and Support
Casio’s Calculator Division needed a new look for its tradeshow materials to support its innovative line of graphing and scientific calculators. Since its largest show occurs in the spring, Morris Weber created a back wall that placed attendees right in the ballpark, complete with exciting brochures, eye-catching banners and brilliant signage that invited them to stroll through the set of America’s Pastime while watching product demonstrations. In the booth’s mini theater, volunteers participated in on-site games that pitted them against competitors’ equipment with live feed throughout the booth enabling everyone to watch the action.
Morris Weber continued the theme with an off-site after-hours event that allowed key corporate representatives and sales personnel to touch base with customers and talk shop in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere complete with food, open bar, music and give-aways. As with any successful show/event, pre show publicity is paramount. Morris Weber created a series of customized email blasts to target the right audience and conducted and post show follow-up to keep the excitement going. The result? Morris Weber hit another Home Run allowing Casio knocked it out of the ballpark!!
